Most of the gigs we recruit for are with 9 piece show bands based in the main theatre of the ship, so as a guitar player you’ll be working with a 4 piece rhythm section.
Experience in a wide range of musical situations is required – we especially look for people who have big band, jazz, and musical theatre experience as well as proven abilities in rock and pop. It’s critical that you can sight read to a high standard – both notated charts and rhythm section lead sheets and experience with click tracks if preferred.
The ships all have pro-level backlines provided but you’ll need your pedal board and a good command of contemporary sounds.
