We’re different from most other cruise line agencies in a couple of important ways. First, we can arrange your contracts for you without you paying any commission or recruitment fees. Secondly, we are operated entirely by a team of former cruise ship musical directors.

Founded by former RCCL cruise ship Musical Director Darren Irwin, we operate through an international network of consultants. Each and every one of us has extensive first hand experience of cruise ship life and most of us are former shipboard Musical Directors or Bandmasters. Between us we have decades of experience at sea with countless different cruise lines. We know the job better than anyone and we will work with you to find a gig that suits you as quickly as possible. We are the preferred agency for several large US based cruise lines and, unlike many other agencies, we are able offer zero-commission gigs. We won’t take a penny from you at any stage in the recruitment process or even once you are on board. What you earn on board will be 100% yours to keepand if your audition is good and your resume is strong, we’re confident we can get you a great starting salary.
